Tori did an excellent job recommending worthwhile improvements to the house prior to sale, and managing contractors to get them done in time, at a reasonable cost and good quality. She is very familiar with the Mountain View area, knows many houses and people in Old Mounatin View. Her marketing was professional and she attended to the open house days herself. She was always prompt in forwarding relevant information and in replying, and made herself available almost around the clock. While initial offers did not turn out to be solid, she continued a steady effort and in the end we got two good offers and sold above list price in a still strong market. I would choose her again, and can highly recommend her.

Tori's great skill is in seeing how to present a property to capture the interest of realtors and clients both. It is more than staging. It is a matter of total presentation plus a hard-headed sense of offering price.I was selling into a rapidly declining market. Tori attracted an astonishingly large professional network to her realtor open house; and they, in turn, brought clients to the property.We opened my condo on Saturday and Sunday and by the following Wednesday had five offers. We selected a buyer and the closing proceeded without difficulty. I remain very grateful.
